Booking & Cancellation Policy

The Whole System Studio

At The Whole System Studio, I value creating a supportive and respectful environment for all participants.

As class spaces are limited, this policy helps ensure fairness to everyone attending.

Your place in a class, course, workshop, or event is confirmed once payment has been received.

By booking, you agree to the Booking & Cancellation Policy and the Terms & Conditions of The Whole System Studio.

Individual Class Cancellations

For individual class bookings, cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the start time.

Late cancellations and missed classes may result in the session being counted as used.

This policy allows enough notice for spaces to be offered to other participants.

Multi-Week Courses

When booking a multi-week course, you are reserving a place for the full duration of the course.

Course fees are non-refundable once the course has commenced.

I understand that life circumstances, work commitments and personal situations can sometimes change.

If you are unable to attend due to exceptional circumstances, please contact me directly

and your situation will be considered with care.

Places for workshops and special events are limited and confirmed once payment has been received.

Cancellation and refund arrangements may vary depending on the event and any costs already committed.

Specific terms will be provided at the time of booking.

Retreat bookings are subject to separate Retreat Terms & Conditions, including payment schedules,

deposits, cancellation arrangements, and travel considerations.
