At The Whole System Studio, photos and videos may occasionally be taken during classes, workshops, events and retreats to capture memories and share the experience of our community.
We respect everyone's privacy and want participants to feel comfortable.
Use of Images
With your permission, images or videos may be used for:

Future workshops, classes, or retreat information
Images will only be used in a respectful way and will reflect the welcoming and supportive nature of The Whole System Studio.
Your Choice
Taking part in photos or videos is completely optional.
You can choose not to be photographed or filmed, and this will not affect your ability to participate.
If you would like an image removed after it has been shared, please contact Sharon and your request will be considered.
